Message	The officer is there for the same reason as the camera, to fine you for breaking that law. Your reverence of the law is supposed to keep you obeying it, not the officer. Hopefully he's out there doing more important things than writing speeding tickets, while the camera is doing that for him. Like computers making the work place more productive. Just playing El Diablo's advocate ;~)
